You’re a fun, hardworking pro bike mechanic committed to delivering high-end customer experiences. You have strong communication skills, genuinely love people and thrive working alongside others.
You're a highly skilled craftsman (or craftswoman) and a bike whisperer: You love bicycles and bicycles love you back. Of us all, you’re hands down the most qualified to take care of guest bikes and provide world-class on-the-road support.
As a Pro Bike Mechanic, you have:
- 2+ years of experience working on premium road bikes
- An excellent understanding of electronic shifting, disc brakes and industry trends
- English fluency
- A European home base
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in driving a manual transmission vehicle
- A passion for cycling and creating high-end customer experiences
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail
- A curious and efficient solution-oriented mindset
- A practice of extreme ownership
In an ideal world, you also have:
- First-hand experience in pro cycling or the high-end hospitality and travel industry
- Italian language skills
- An Italian home base
This position is not for you if:
- You’re unavailable on evenings and weekends

Lucca Cycling Club is a virtual atelier for cycling travel founded by former pro cyclist and Canadian National Champion Alison Testroete. Our mission is to elevate every life we touch through a shared passion for cycling. From our base in Lucca, we host cycling tours across Italy for an international, English-speaking clientele.
