Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that an ordered Club Kit item may not fit or does not suit. Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To make a request to return an item, write [email protected].

For international returns, please clearly note on any export documentation and the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure that duties or taxes are not recharged upon receiving the goods back in Italy. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed on to the customer at the company's discretion.

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Until we receive your returned Club Kit, the items and their condition are the customers' responsibility. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Exceptions

We do not accept exchanges or returns for the following items:

• La Borraccia - Water Bottles
• Ciao. Socks
• Lucca Region & Ride Guide

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery at the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid excluding any shipping costs.

Allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You'll be notified by email when your return has been processed.
