Performance Chef

You’re a fun, hardworking performance chef committed to delivering high-end customer experiences. You have strong communication skills and genuinely love people.

Time and time again, you resurrect our guests from the brink of implosion. Without your high-performance sustenance and daily dose of Vitamin TLC they would never complete our challenging week-long tours.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Independently devise and prepare on-the-road lunches and portable ride food
• Uphold a clean workspace and strict hygiene standards
• Grocery shop and maintain food supplies within an allocated budget
• Load and transfer luggage from one hotel to the next (with the help of porters)
• Create memorable experiences by connecting meaningfully with guests to invite brand awareness and customer loyalty

As a Performance Chef, you have:

• A passion for food and sports nutrition
• English fluency
• A European home base
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in driving a manual transmission vehicle
• A fun, engaging and kind personality (introverted or extroverted)
• Strong work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail
• A curious and efficient solution-oriented mindset
• A practice of extreme ownership

In an ideal world, you also have:

• First-hand experience in the high-end hospitality and travel industry
• Italian language skills
• An Italian home base
