Refund and Returns Policy

If a Club Kit item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange your purchase within thirty (30) days of delivery. All items must be in new, unused condition with their original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

Write [email protected] to request a return shipping label from the email account used to make the purchase. Important: Use the return shipping label provided to prevent recharged import duty.

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• La Borraccia - Water Bottle
• Ciao. Socks
• Lucca Region & Ride Guide

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within fourteen (14) days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Refunds

As soon as your return arrives and is checked, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment method, minus return shipping costs.

Please allow up to seven (7) days from the date we receive your item for us to process your return or exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
